My dearest Gugl je odjednom izbacio Bikram yoga, a pored svih imena joga koje nisam ba\u0161 pohvatala, \u017eelela sam da saznam koja je i ova. Ispostavilo se da je jedina razlika u tome, \u0161to se Bikram joga radi &#8211; na 40 stepeni C. Na pla\u017ei jedva dr\u017eim \u010da\u0161u a kamoli radim ve\u017ebe, pomislila sam. Ipak sam, kao pobornik leta i toplote, htela da \u010dujem vi\u0161e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Dobar dan, \u017eelela bih da se raspitam u vezi s jogom. Da li se ova joga stvarno radi na 40 C?!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Da, da, u specijalno zagrejanoj prostoriji na 40 stepeni.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Dobro&#8230; &#8211; Bila sam ipak zbunjena &#8211; A jel\u2019 mo\u017ee da radi i neko ko nema puno iskustva?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Mo\u017ee. \u010cas traje 90 minuta i radi se 26 istih poza svaki \u010das tako da se vrlo brzo nau\u010de.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; 26 poza? Istih? &#8211; Sad sam se tek zbunila. &#8211; Svaki \u010das su iste ve\u017ebe?!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Da. 26 istih poza svaki \u010das.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> Ovo je zvu\u010dalo dosadno. Veoma dosadno iskreno. Nastavila sam sa pitanjem \u010disto iz kurtoazije i da uporedim cene sa ostalih 35 joga koje sam taj dan pozvala.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; I kolika je cena za to zadovoljstvo?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; 10000 dinara. \u2013 Iako je moj tata malo slabije \u010duo, mene su u\u0161i jo\u0161 uvek dobro slu\u017eile. Deset hiljada dinara za deset \u010dasova. Ponovila sam kao eho za njim i ve\u0107 sam bila u procesu \u201eHvala najlep\u0161e, dovi\u0111enja!\u201d kad sam za\u010dula sa druge strane:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; Ali trenutno je promocija i imamo popust &#8211; 1000 umesto 10000 dinara.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> &#8211; A-haaa, odli\u010dno! Koliko ste fizi\u010dki aktivni? Pa i ne ba\u0161 jel&#8217;? Nikako nemojte i\u0107i ako ni\u0161ta niste trenirali pre ovoga ili dugo niste trenirali (ili ste mo\u017eda trenirali u lenjim intervalima u narodu poznatijim kao \u201epripreme pred leto\u201d). Ne\u0107e vam pomo\u0107i. Niko vam ne pokazuje ve\u017ebe i ako ne znate sami kako se\u00a0pravilno stoji u pozama, niko vas ne\u0107e ispraviti i mo\u017eete se ozbiljno povrediti. Moja je preporuka da na\u0111ete neki joga ili fitnes centar (dobro se raspitajte), radite sa trenerom koji \u0107e vam pokazati kako se pravilno rade ve\u017ebe i tek onda razmislite da krenete dalje. Fizi\u010dka kultura nije neozbiljna stvar (DIF nije d\u017eabe fakultet!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> Tako\u0111e, jo\u0161 jedna preporuka (pa, koliko ih ima do\u0111avola?!). Ukoliko ne pri\u010date engleski dobro, nemojte da idete. Instruktori ne pri\u010daju srpski i nisu iz Srbije, jer bikram jogu mo\u017ee da dr\u017ei samo licencirani instruktor (kojih kod nas jo\u0161 nema &#8211; eto ideje za biznis). Ne\u0107ete razumeti ni\u0161ta. Mo\u017eete da gledate u druge ali va\u0161 napredak ne\u0107e biti zna\u010dajan ako svaki put kad do\u0111ete ni\u0161ta ne razumete (opet, ve\u017ebe se ne pokazuju, ve\u0107 samo slu\u0161ate). I ovde nije lo\u0161e ulo\u017eiti u neke dodatne \u010dasove i nau\u010diti engleski, \u0161to vam ne\u0107e zna\u010diti samo za jogu, ve\u0107 i u \u017eivotu (ali to sve ve\u0107 znate kao veliki!).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Prvi \u010das \u2013 nisam se onesvestila!<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Dobro, da nastavim. Prvi \u010das je bio blago je re\u0107i katastrofa. Najmanje 8 puta sam sela kako se ne bih onesvestila od vru\u0107ine. \u201eSpecijalno ugrejana prostorija\u201d se zagreva kaloriferima i ne znam koliko se vi znojite, ali sve na meni je bilo mokro i ova joga zaista komotno mo\u017ee da se radi u kupa\u0107em kostimu. Isto je kao da ste na\u00a0pla\u017ei u podne i ve\u017ebate, s tim \u0161to sunce ne bije direkto u vas i imate gomilu \u201ekolega\u201d koji se pate sa vama. A kako se telo \u010disti od toksina, dok je trajao \u010das, proklela sam dan kad sam pomislila da jedem bilo kakvu nezdravu hranu, jer sam ose\u0107ala kako \u010dips sa proslave ro\u0111endana iz osnovne \u0161kole izlazi iz mene kroz znoj. A kako sam \u017eelela da iskoristim svoj povla\u0161\u0107eni polo\u017eaj ne-pla\u0107anja 10000 dinara, oti\u0161la sam i drugi put. Ovaj put nisam ni pomislila da se onesvestim. Nikada vi\u0161e. Jednostavno, na prvih par \u010dasova se naviknete na vru\u0107inu i ona vam vi\u0161e ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Naprotiv. \u017delite topliju sobu. Ne \u017eelite da bri\u0161ete znoj, ne \u017eelite da pijete vodu. Prija vam toplo i prija vam \u0161to se \u010distite od toksina. Prija vam da na licu mesta vidite rezultate toga koliko radite.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">I? Kako se ose\u0107a jedna prili\u010dno nerazgibana osoba na ovim \u010dasovima?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Odli\u010dno, sjajno! Zaista, super! Toplota poma\u017ee da lak\u0161e u\u0111ete u poze i da se vi\u0161e uradi nego kad bi se radio normalan (joga) trening. Malo se ose\u0107a konkurencija me\u0111u ve\u017eba\u010dima, ali ako zaboravite to i skoncentri\u0161ete se na sebe, bi\u0107ete na pravom putu (kao i svakom sportu uostalom). Tako\u0111e, \u010dini mi se da je bikram tako re\u0107i dosta <em>addictive<\/em>, tj nekako te vu\u010de da se vrati\u0161 na svaki slede\u0107i \u010das, iako dok prolazim kroz poze mislim da vi\u0161e nikada ni za \u0161ta ne bi ponovo oti\u0161la tamo. I koliko god mi je mo\u017eda smetalo u po\u010detku \u0161to su poze iste, na kraju mi je bilo drago \u0161to sam im skoro nau\u010dila raspored i \u0161to sam znala \u0161ta me slede\u0107e o\u010dekuje (tako da je ose\u0107anje \u201ekako samo ovo izdr\u017eavam\u201d bilo bla\u017ee). U\u0161u\u0161ka\u0161 se u ose\u0107anje da ti je ne\u0161to poznato i ulazi\u0161 dublje u poze i vi\u0161e si koncentrisan da stalno usavr\u0161ava\u0161 jednu pozu iznova i iznova. Tako\u0111e, na kraju treninga, kad le\u017eimo u savasani (u polo\u017eaju le\u017eenja bez pomeranja), jako mi je bilo lako da upadnem u meditativno stanje iako sam tek od skoro po\u010dela da meditiram (o meditaciji neki drugi put).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Suma sumarum &#8211; jako sam bila zadovoljna ulo\u017eenim (malim) parama. Treninzi su zahtevni (\u0161to mi je odgovaralo), navikne\u0161 se na toplotu \u0161to ti daje prostora da lak\u0161e ve\u017eba\u0161 druge stvari, celokupno telo se ose\u0107a odli\u010dno, a po\u0161to se radi na velikoj temperaturi, neminovno je da \u0107e\u0161 izgubiti i koji kilogram.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ali&#8230; Mora da bude neko ali?!<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Da, pa dobro, nije mo\u017eda sve tako bajno. Nekako mi se \u010dini da bi (makar meni) na du\u017ei period ovo ipak bilo pomalo monotono. Koliko god da sam se radovala svom napretku za neke poze koje sam mogla mnogo bolje da uradim posle 10 \u010dasova, ipak je to samo 26 poza, i ti si bolji u samo odre\u0111enom broju asana (joga polo\u017eaja). Tako\u0111e, prostorija ipak ne mo\u017ee da se zagreje preko 35 stepeni, a kaloriferi su problemati\u010dni jer duvaju topao vazduh samo na odre\u0111eno mesto tako da je na nekim mestima toplije a na nekim hladnije. Usput, ja nisam radila 10 \u010dasova 10 dana uzastopno i mislim da je (bar za mene) to bilo previ\u0161e naporno u smislu dehidratacije.
